Uroy Williams


Uroy Williams is a qualified professional with over 12 years of experience in restaurant management for high volume, fast-casual, fine-dining and full service restaurants, as well as banquet services.

Uroy began his career with Marriott Company in 1998 at the Renaissance Jamaica Hotel ranging from line level to management. In 2006 Uroy transferred to The Ritz Carlton Company and worked as a Restaurant Manager. Prior to joining the team in Cedar + Stone, he spent 3 years as a Director of Restaurants at The Ritz Carlton Al Bustan in Oman.
