Heriberto Barranco has 20 years’ experience with Ritz Carlton in South America, Grand Cayman, Cancun Mexico and the United States.
Heriberto has extensive experience with Marriott. He spent 19 years at Ritz Carlton properties in positions ranging from line level to management in Cancun Mexico, Grand Cayman, South America and United States. He began his career with Marriott in 1997 at Ritz Carlton Cancun in several position. Over the years Heriberto has been promoted through the ranks of Banquet Captain, Banquet Assistant Manager, and Restaurant Manager. Prior to joining the team in Cedar + Stone, he spent two years as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Ritz Carlton Santiago in Chile. Heriberto specializes in Food & Beverage Restaurant Services and Banquet / Event Management (setup and operations).
